A small treasure chest that was born in the famous Valpolicella valley. Thanks to the Corte Bravi winery we have created a wine box suitable for any occasion.

1 Bottle of Amarone Classico 2016

Excellent for an important dinner, to be combined with fine red meats, or at the end of the evening, with a platter of aged cheeses. Hand-picked red grapes, selected in the vineyard to be left to dry for three months in wooden boxes. Once pressed, they are cold macerated for ten days, and then spontaneously start fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Then a second hot maceration in order to extract the essence of these grapes to the maximum. Left to rest for three years in French oak barrels, it is then bottled without filtration in order to continue its refinement in the bottle.

1 Bottle of Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2018

Structured wine, ideal with red meats and game that enhance the flavor. Hand-picked red grapes, left to ripen more on the vine. Once pressed, they are cold macerated and then spontaneously start fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Hot maceration follows to extract all the aromas and fragrances of Oseleta, a prized native grape variety of our area. Left to rest for at least 12 months in French oak barrels, it is then bottled without filtration in order to continue its refinement in the bottle.

2 Bottles of Valpolicella Classico 2019

A wine for the whole meal, ideal with traditional dishes such as pasta, risotto and cured meat appetizers. These are hand-picked red grapes that are selected and immediately pressed. Put to ferment in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts without the use of chemicals and with only temperature control. Aging in steel for a few months, spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Bottled without filtration.

2 Bottles of IGT Bianco Timido 2020

Excellent for aperitifs, lake fish and fresh cheeses. Only red grapes harvested by hand and immediately timidly pressed to separate the must from the skins. Hence the name “timido” (shy). Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and without the use of chemical additives, in small steel tanks. Brief aging on the fine lees for a few months before being bottled without filtration.
